  2. Credit Union of Richmond will transfer as much as possible without exceeding your credit limit. This may include payments that are a portion of the amount you have requested.
  3. You may need to make payments to your other credit cards to keep them current until your balance transfers have been processed. (Balance transfers are not subject to a grace period and may take 2-4 weeks to complete since a check has to be sent to the other lender).
