Therefore, please do not send us confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers through an unsecured email. If you provide us identifying information in an Email (e.g., name and address), this information will only be used to communicate with you and to handle your request. We will not sell or transfer this information to other parties. Credit Union of Richmond does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from our website about minors nor do we market any services to them.
We may also use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting cookies to analyze trends, administer the website, track members’ or users’ movements while using the website. We may also gather aggregated demographic information. Credit Union of Richmond may also contract with third-party companies who use cookies to measure the performance of a marketing effort on our behalf.
