uChoose Rewards is a reward program that allows members to earn points for every credit card purchase. Points can be redeemed for various things such as merchandise, merchant gift cards and even vacation packages. You can even utilize the pay with points feature!

Getting started is simple, just follow the steps below.

Credit Union of Richmond Platinum or Gold Card:

  • Apply for a credit card if you do not have an existing card
  • If you are approved for a Platinum or Gold card we will mail you the card within 7-10 business days
  • Once you receive the card, simply register at uchooserewards.com
  • Start earning points for each $1 you spend

What is uChoose Rewards®? 

uChoose Rewards is a rewards program where you can earn points for shopping and using your Credit Union of Richmond VISA® Platinum card or VISA® Gold card.

How do I earn points? 

The simplest way to earn points is making purchases using your VISA® Platinum or Gold credit cards. Whether you are shopping for groceries, or visiting your favorite restaurant, you will earn points for every dollar spent.

Where can I earn points? 

You can earn points by shopping online, or at your favorite store, and any merchant that accepts VISA® .

When can I redeem my points? 

It can take up to 40 days for points to be credited to your points. Simply check the “total points” column at the top of any page to see how many points are available for redemption.

What can I redeem my points for?  

You can redeem your points for various different things such as airline tickets, apparel, spa treatments, electronics, and even pay with points.

Where can I view my point activity? 

You can access the history of your point activity on the Point Details page.

How much does it cost to participate? 

There’s no cost. Membership in uChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Credit Union of Richmond Platinum or Gold cardholders, so go shopping and start earning today.

If someone gets access to my uChoose Rewards username and password, can they redeem my points?

Unfortunately, yes someone can redeem your points if your login information is compromised. However, the merchandise or gift card will be sent to the address on file. We recommend safeguarding your login information at all times, and contact us immediately if your password is compromised.

Do points expire?

Yes, once accrued points are only valid for 3 years.
