What is uChoose Rewards®? uChoose Rewards is a rewards program where you can earn points for shopping and using your Credit Union of Richmond VISA^® Platinum card and/or VISA^® Gold card. Then you can redeem your points for cash back rewards and more.

How do I earn points? You can earn points by making purchases using your VISA^® Platinum and.or Gold card. You can earn even more points when you shop at the participating retailers featured on the uChoose Rewards site.

Where can I earn points? You can earn points wherever your card is accepted.

When can I redeem my points? It can take up to 40 days to redeem your points. Check the dashboard on uChoose Rewards homepage to see when you are eligible to redeem your points.

What can I redeem my points for?  You can redeeem your points for various different things such as, airline tickets, apparel, spa treatments, electronics, cash back and much more.

Where can I view my point activity? You can access the history of your point activity on the Point Details page.

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points aren’t showing up? It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 30 days, contact uChoose Rewards for assistance.

How much does it cost to participate? There’s no cost. Membership in uChoose Rewards is free for Credit Union of Richmond cardholders, so go shopping and start earning today.
